The Sparco Featherlite HANS device is an ultra-lightweight head and neck support made from 100% high-strength carbon fiber, weighing approximately 310 grams. It is FIA 8858-2010 approved and designed to provide maximum safety and comfort for motorsport drivers.

Featherlite features Sliding Tethers that allow helmet straps to move freely when the driver turns their head, reducing neck load. The device has ergonomic padding on the shoulders and chest for enhanced comfort, and a rubberized coating along the legs keeps the harness securely in place. Helmet straps glide smoothly over the polished carbon fiber surface, which is protected against abrasion by a strategically placed pad at the top.
