Purchase Terms

1. Your purchase at Radne These purchase and delivery terms apply when you as a customer purchase goods from Radne and have them delivered to you. Your purchase is covered by the version of these purchase and delivery terms that is in effect at the time the purchase is made. Please remember to always save your digital or physical receipt in connection with your purchase.

These terms also apply in applicable parts if you represent a business customer (limited company, sole proprietorship, trading partnership, limited partnership, economic association, non-profit organization, or otherwise cannot be considered a consumer), provided that you as a business customer have not entered into a separate agreement with Radne. In such a case, the specific agreement applies to the company’s relationship with Radne instead. If you make a purchase as a business customer, you enter into an agreement and accept these terms on behalf of the company, and you guarantee that you have the authority to complete the purchase.

When you have placed an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation via email confirming that we will process your order. A binding agreement is entered into when you receive notice from us that your order is ready for delivery. Before that, your order may be declined.

3. Information and prices At the time of purchase, the prices displayed at that time apply. All prices include applicable VAT within the EU. To the rest of the world, products are sold excluding VAT; additional costs for VAT and import duties may be charged to you when the goods arrive in your country. The prices in the webshop do not include potential payment and shipping fees, which are stated separately. We reserve the right to correct any errors and note that individual products may sell out, be discontinued, or be temporarily unavailable for order.

4. Warranty and Complaints If a product is defective, you can always file a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer sales legislation; read more about complaints below. To ensure you feel secure with your purchase, Radne provides (in addition to your rights by law) a warranty for certain products. When you buy a product covered by the warranty, you will receive information about the warranty terms at the time of purchase. The warranty terms specify how long the warranty period is, as well as other terms and potential limitations that apply to the warranty. Within the warranty period, the defective product will be repaired or replaced with a new, identical, or comparable product.

6. Delivery At checkout, before your purchase, you can see which delivery options are available for your specific postal address, the costs, and the estimated delivery time. For more specific information regarding your delivery, please contact our Customer Service.
Upon delivery, the payment, or the specified and initiated installment payment, must be received by Radne.
You as a customer are responsible for checking your order confirmation to ensure our contact information for you is correct prior to delivery. Upon delivery, or in connection with any delivery delay, Radne or the carrier will notify you using your contact details.
Upon delivery – regardless of the delivery option you have chosen – we ask that you check as soon as possible after receiving the goods that you have received the correct products and the correct quantity, and that the products are intact. If you discover damage to the packaging or product, or if you have received an incorrect product or an incorrect quantity of products, we ask that you immediately contact Radne Customer Service.

7. Payment At Radne, you can choose from several different payment options. Information about the payment options and the terms and potential costs that apply is provided before you complete your purchase. Depending on the payment option you choose, you may enter into a separate agreement with our payment service provider.

Radne retains ownership of the products until full payment has been made. Radne has the right to reclaim the products if the purchase price is not paid on time.

30-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases – applies to private individuals When ordering by phone, online, or in our store, you as a customer (consumer) have a 30-day right of withdrawal. The time is counted from the day you, or a person on your behalf, received the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must be able to demonstrate that you have changed your mind within this period and have notified Radne. You can withdraw by contacting Radne Customer Service or via this form: https://www.radne.com/pages/return-policy.

Refund of the returned product value will be processed as soon as possible; however, Radne has the right to wait with the refund until the product has been returned. Please note that if you have handled the product to a greater extent than necessary to determine its characteristics or function before returning it, the refund to you may be reduced by the difference between what you paid for the product and what Radne estimates it can sell it for.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, engines, engine spare parts, or tires.

Costs for returns due to right of withdrawal, return policy, or uncollected packages Refund of the product value to you upon return is made in the same manner as the payment at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. If you wish to return your purchase or if you have not received your delivery as agreed, Radne will charge you for the return shipping. This also applies to postal packages that have not been collected. Even when exercising the right of withdrawal, you as the customer (consumer) are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Complaints – (applies to non-company-customers) If a product you have purchased proves to be defective according to consumer sales legislation, you have the opportunity to file a complaint regarding the product. The complaint period is three years from when you purchased the product in-store or when the product was delivered to you in the case of distance trading. We appreciate it if you contact Radne Customer Service as soon as you discover the defect. In the event of a complaint, the product must always be returned to Radne unless otherwise agreed. Contact Radne Customer Service and we will help you.

The return must be received by us as soon as possible after you have discovered the defect in the product. Please pack the product well, as you bear the responsibility for the transport to us. If you as a customer have agreed with Radne Customer Service that the return transport is to be handled by Radne/Radne's carrier, you must pack the product well to avoid damage/soiling.

10. Our obligations If there is a defect in your product or if the delivery is delayed, we are responsible for damages you have suffered as a result of the defect or delay in accordance with the law. However, we are only responsible for damages to the extent that you have taken reasonable measures to limit your damage. We are therefore not responsible for damages that you could have reasonably avoided.

We are not responsible for damages caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, for example, but not limited to, war, pandemic, natural disasters, accidents, or sabotage that we could not reasonably have foreseen (force majeure). If we are prevented from fulfilling our obligations due to force majeure, you have the right to terminate the agreement in accordance with the law.

Radne has the right to refuse a purchase for any reason, for example, if Radne deems it necessary to protect the Radne brand. Radne also has the right to cancel a purchase in certain cases without justification.

In the privacy policy that applies to all Radne customers in Sweden, we provide you with information about how we handle your personal data in connection with you visiting our websites, registering an account for Radne Family and Radne Business Invoice or similar, purchasing our products or services, or during other contacts with us.
